What is Bhangra

Bhangra is a lively form of folk music and dance that originates from Punjab,
India. It is performed in highly colorful and traditional Punjabi attire and has become extremely popular in South Asian communities all over the world.

There are hundreds of dedicated Bhangra teams across the United States and over 20 national competitions held annually. Furthermore, Bhangra has become a part of international pop culture through music inspiration from artists like Jay-Z, Missy Elliot, and Timbaland.
